Samuel Kazen (Sam) graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004. Sam has acted on thousands of real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of condominiums, co-ops, houses, cottages, vacant land, and commercial real estate, as well as mortgage refinancing, preparation of property agreements, property transfers, and first dealings exemptions. Sam has prepared thousands of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and processed hundreds of probate applications over the years.
